To place an order through one of our showroom locations, simply visit or call the showroom nearest to you. Our knowledgeable staff will assist you in selecting the perfect tiles for your project and guide you through the ordering process. They will also provide information on delivery options, pricing, and any special promotions available.

Alternatively, you can place an order by sending an email to info@waynetile.com. Please include details such as the tile products you wish to order, quantities, delivery preferences, and your contact information. One of our representatives will respond to your email promptly to confirm the order, discuss any additional details, and provide assistance as needed.

Regardless of the method chosen to place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email or provide a confirmation in person or over the phone. This confirmation will include a summary of your order, delivery details, and any applicable charges.

If you need to modify or cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that modifications or cancellations may be subject to certain limitations depending on the status of your order.

To make your selection process easier and more confident, we offer samples for just $1 each, with free shipping on every sample order. Ordering samples allows you to see the true color, texture, and finish of the tile in your own space and lighting, helping you make the best choice for your project. We always recommend sampling a few options so you can compare and feel fully confident before making your final selection.

All sample sales are final. Because samples are heavily discounted and shipping is complimentary, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on sample purchases. We encourage you to order a few different options to find the one that’s just right!
